GROW YOUR VISION
Industry standard for contingent direct-hire recruitment ranges from 20% to 30% of the candidate's first year base salary. This variable is based on "level of difficulty" factors—including location, role complexity, and current market conditions.
For clients seeking cost savings, we offer flexibility with negotiable upfront retainer fees per placement or flexibility when fulfilling multiple roles at one time.
